Follow these steps to confirm your booking
Advance Payment
After booking, pay ₹1,000 per passenger via UPI using the QR code or UPI ID shown on your booking page. Submit your UTR (transaction reference number) for verification.
Manual Verification
Our team will verify your payment against the receiving bank account. You'll receive an email confirmation once verified. This usually takes 12–24 hours.
Balance Payment
Pay the remaining balance before the departure deadline via UPI/Netbanking. Once fully paid, your seat is permanently reserved.
QR Ticket Generated
Once verified, your digital e-ticket with a unique scannable QR boarding pass is instantly generated. Download and present it at boarding!

Is this an official Parul University service?
No. This is an independent student-led initiative organized by fellow students. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Parul University.
How does payment work?
We use personal UPI for payment collection. After paying, submit your UTR number on the website. Our team manually verifies each payment against the receiving bank account.
When will I get my ticket?
Your e-ticket with a QR boarding pass will be issued via email after your full fare is verified. You can also download it from your bookings page.
Can I book for multiple people?
Yes! You can add up to 10 passengers in a single booking. The advance is ₹1,000 per passenger.
What's the cancellation policy?
Advance booking deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours of journey departure.
Can I choose my seat?
Seat selection is not available for passengers. Seats may be assigned by the organizing team once the bus layout is confirmed.
